“Change won’t happen overnight. It takes setting a goal and deciding on a reasonable timeline and one where you will commit to small improvements each week toward a goal.” This was written six months ago in an article titled “Give Us 3 Months……We Will Give You Ten Years.”
Every person has desires, wants, needs, and goals. I have clients ask daily for help with making changes to improve their health, reduce body mass, improve body shape, improve skin health, and for help to look younger, less tired, and invigorated.
It is professionally rewarding to see the excitement in a person’s eyes as progress is made. Several agreed to let me share their journey and the three-month results. I am honored when a client trusts me to care for her, but even more when she wishes to tell others.
Client A works 50-60 hours per week in health care and nurtures her family, including children, grandchildren, and husband. She tries to eat healthy food on the run, manages to squeeze in a trip to the gym three to four times a week, and rarely takes a short vacation to regroup and rest. When we talked, she stated she felt older than 62 years. She admitted to occasionally having Botox injections for her face. Her skincare routine was bar soap and a skin moisturizer. We discussed her goals and devised a plan. I urged better dietary habits, preparing healthy snacks to take with her, and less dependence on fast food. Our nutrition program for her included a weekly weigh-in on our InBody 570 body analyzer and a weekly dose of the GLP-1 agonist, semaglutide. She started four oral supplements to improve energy, strengthen her immune system, and improve heart health. Our aesthetician designed a custom skincare routine for morning and evening with our medical-grade topicals made without chemicals or unnatural additives.
We treated her face and neck to improve discoloration, fine lines, wrinkles, and redness from sun damage with light and laser energy. She had three IPL (intense pulsed light) and three Laser Genesis (1064 wavelength laser) to her face and neck. Secret RF (micro-needling with RF heat) was used to restore skin laxity, enhance collagen and elastin production, and tighten the face and neck skin. Hyaluronic Gel filler was used in the temples, mid-face, and lips to replace lost volume. Her blood was used to make PRF-gel or EZ Gel for injection under the eyes for volume loss and eye bags. The neuro-modulator Botox was used to decrease wrinkles in the forehead and around the eyes. Her next skin treatment will be with our Secret DUO machine, which combines micro-needling/RF with an Erbium 1540 laser for nonablative skin resurfacing. This device has no downtime to interfere with her busy schedule.
Fat pockets were diminished with the Trusculpt iD device. Additional body contouring was accomplished by stimulating muscle in the arms, stomach, buttocks, and legs with our Trusculpt Flex machine to tone and shape. She says she feels better has more energy, and her friends and family tell her she looks great!
The other pictures are of a 79-year-young client B, who wished to look ten years younger. She told me a stranger at the airport asked if she was from Hollywood. I think she looks 59 rather than the new 69, but there was no extra charge for the additional decade. She is thrilled with the changes she has made!
