Dawn is one of the largest restaurant franchisees in America owning over 110 restaurants in career. She bought her first from Denny’s at 23 and presently owns 80 of their restaurants and employs over 3,000 in her 7-state operation.

She has been featured in countless radio interviews, podcasts, and publications, such as Entrepreneur, The Wall Street Journal and Multi Unit Franchisee. She has received numerous awards and is involved in many charities.

Dawn was a recurring judge on the web-series “Entrepreneur Elevator Pitch” which provides entrepreneurs a chance to pitch their idea in a 60 second elevator ride to a board of successful investors who will help them take their business to the next level.

She is the largest female employer in San Antonio as well as one of San Antonio’s largest private companies.

  1. Dawn, your amazing, I have heard of you through Pat Franson, Shane, amazing family, hard work and determination. My grandson went to TMI with your two sons. I had numerous calls to go to meetings to join the Franchise, probably because if Shane. I am the daughter of Tony and Mae Constanzo, dad had a 3rd grade education, had three daughters and a wife who took care of us. I had a heart condition which held me back for years, but, I loved our Farm. Very proud of all the years growing very proudly for HEB, AMAZING Co. , amazing history of hard work, no greed and honesty, so Michael said he had met you recently and I told him in my way of hearing about you both…. I am a believer of hard work, it will get you wherever if you care and that is the reason I am writing, i have those ethics my Italian Father of Hard Work and Honestly taught me to love my Workers and do as they do! Sooo proud of you, God Bless and just a message I had to send , I love being that female farmer! And soo proud of hearing about these two fabulous ladies!
