Norah Wilkinson is Director of Retail Development at Joeris General Contractors and a proud graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she earned her degree in Construction Management. Over her 20+ year career, including 21 years with Joeris, she has built a reputation for delivering complex projects with consistency and care.
She began her career supporting K-12 projects across San Antonio, helping shape schools that serve the community today. Now, she leads Joeris’ retail sector and is a trusted partner on high-profile developments, including numerous H-E-B projects.
Norah’s impact extends beyond retail. She has helped deliver spaces like Girls Inc.’s new headquarters and the YWCA Live and Learn Center and Childcare facility, projects that directly support and strengthen the community.
Known for her steady leadership and commitment to people, she was recognized in 2025 with AGC San Antonio’s The Brick & Brilliance Award for Outstanding Woman in Construction.
