Hella Scheuerman is a trial attorney at the Scheuerman Law Firm, PLLC. She represents clients facing disputes in Probate, Guardianship, Estate or serious Personal Injury matters. Hella provides tailored legal strategies to protect her client’s rights and interests. In her 29 years of practice, she has obtained significant trial experience as lead attorney in more than 50 jury trials to verdict. Hella is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Hella represents individuals involved in will contests, as well as contests over the determination of heirs and/or administration of an estate. Her firm offers guidance to clients, whether as administrators, executors, heirs, or guardians, in each process of the litigated dispute, through the Final Judgment. In guardianship cases, she counsels clients in disputes regarding whether a loved one does nor does not need a guardian of the person and/or estate, as well as in disputes involving the choice of guardian or removal of a guardian due to breach of their fiduciary duties.
Advocating for clients who have suffered serious personal injuries as a result of another’s negligence and holding them liable for the resulting injuries is a priority for Hella. These types of accidents cause the injured party to incur high medical bills, physical pain and mental anguish and lost wages. Hella fights for her clients to be made whole through monetary damages.
Hella is involved in her community through many leadership and civic roles, including the Texas Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (TEX-ABOTA) and San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association (SATLA). She is also involved in her community in philanthropic non-profit organizations, which includes her service in the Executive Committee of Catholic Charities.
