Tiffanie Clausewitz and Shellie Reyes are the founding partners of Clausewitz Reyes, PLLC, a San Antonio-based business law firm committed to providing personalized, strategic legal counsel to businesses and individuals across Texas. As a small business themselves, Tiffanie and Shellie have built a firm that meets clients where they are, offering responsiveness, practical guidance, and aggressive representation when it matters most. The firm’s practice areas include business law, commercial litigation, commercial real estate, corporate governance, labor and employment, estate planning, and probate.
Tiffanie Clausewitz founded the firm in 2019 with a clear mission: deliver no-nonsense, results-driven legal representation with the kind of accessibility and integrity that clients deserve. A graduate of Texas A&M University, the University of Texas at San Antonio, and St. Mary’s University School of Law, Tiffanie has earned recognition from the San Antonio Bar Association, Bexar County Women’s Bar Association, St. Mary’s University School of Law, Super Lawyers, and the San Antonio Business Journal, among others. A former President of the Bexar County Women’s Bar Association and Foundation, she is the founding Director of the Foundation’s LEAD Academy — a leadership program dedicated to empowering women in the legal profession. Tiffanie is also the founding and current Board Chair of Alegria Women’s Chorus of San Antonio.
Shellie Reyes joined the firm at its formation, bringing a fierce reputation in business litigation, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, business owner disputes and real estate disputes. A Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and a Texas Top Women Lawyer recognized by Super Lawyers, Shellie is known for her tenacity in the courtroom and her deep commitment to the San Antonio community. She is an alumna of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s Latina Leadership Institute and currently serves on the program’s Steering Committee.
Together, Tiffanie and Shellie lead a team that delivers sophisticated yet practical legal counsel to help Texas businesses navigate every stage of the business lifecycle — from formation and growth to acquisitions, disputes, and strategic expansion.
