She holds an MBA from Texas Tech University, where she honed her skills in business management, finance, and strategic planning.
As an independent agent, Justine has found immense satisfaction in serving customers who require commercial insurance. She is well known for her unwavering dedication to her clients, deep industry expertise, and ability to build lasting relationships based on trust and transparency. Beginning her career as a Farmer’s agent, Justine quickly established herself as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor in the insurance industry. Her commitment to providing personalized service and her ability to understand the unique needs of each client helped her build a successful book of business. Eventually, she sold her book to pursue her vision of becoming an independent agent concentrating on commercial property and casualty insurance.
She is an active member of CREW–Commercial Real Estate Women where she serves on the Board of Directors and as the Director of Special Events. In her free time, Justine enjoys giving back to her community, traveling, and spending time with her family. She and her husband have a two-year-old daughter and an extended family consisting of a German Shepherd, a chow mix, and two lovebirds. She is a volunteer with the Houston Chow Chow Connection rescue organization where she assists in finding loving homes for the rescues.
