We offer Commercial Plans, Employee Benefits, Individual, Professional, and Personal Lines. If we don’t have it, we will source it for our clients.

 

How long have you been in insurance?

Crandall & Associates began in 1987 during my children’s young years. Now, these toddlers are poised to take Crandall into the next chapter! 

 

What sets you and/or your firm apart from other insurance professionals?

Clients seem very appreciative and grateful that our family is invested personally in building a customizable insurance plan that is coupled with trust and value through the years. 

 

How do you help clients understand their insurance needs?

Since we have been in business for close to 35 years, we have witnessed every type of business cycle and the calamity that occurs with recessions, stock market declines, natural disasters, and now a pandemic. Our steady hand assists clients in making tough decisions with our wide-angle view of insurance. 

 

How often do you communicate with clients?

We let clients dictate the scope of communication. Our Mantra has always been and always will be – Service, Service, Service. Whatever it takes!

 

What are your primary goals in helping your clients?

When we see the same need over and over again, we huddle and create educational training to empower clients to feel confident of their decisions. It can be lonely to make insurance commitments in a vacuum. We search for those dark holes and attempt to brighten the experience.
