Karen Fletcher, PE, is a Project Executive with Joeris General Contractors in San Antonio and a leader in complex healthcare construction. With more than 19 years of experience, she brings a strong technical foundation and a collaborative approach to delivering projects that serve communities in meaningful ways.
Most recently, Karen led the Joeris + JE Dunn joint venture team on University Health’s Women’s and Children’s Tower, a transformative addition expanding care for women, children, and families across the region. Her work reflects a commitment to building spaces that support both patients and those who care for them.
Karen’s impact extends beyond the jobsite. She mentors team members, established an internal peer group to foster connection and growth, and coordinated a Women in Construction Week panel that brought employees together across the company.
Known for her thoughtful leadership and dedication to others, Karen continues to shape both the built environment and the people around her.
