Eileen Scherlen Sommer, a founding partner of the firm King & Sommer, PLLC, with more than 40 years of legal experience, focuses her practice on commercial transactions, including commercial real estate, contracts, and general business. She represents companies, non-profit entities, individual owners of businesses, professionals, and financial institutions, in the acquisition, sale, development, and leasing of commercial real estate, the preparation and negotiation of contracts, and the negotiation and documentation of financing transactions. She is experienced in rendering legal opinions in business transactions and often serves as local counsel in such matters.
Ms. Sommer is a past president of CREW-San Antonio, and received the Eva Rosow Award of Excellence from CREW-San Antonio in 2010.
