What do you love most about working in financial services?
Financial services, especially the credit union space, are deeply personal. I love that we help individuals and families achieve their goals and feel confident in their financial futures. Our teams show up for our members with empathy, creativity, and care.
What type of clients do you work with?
We serve people from all walks of life, at every stage of their financial journey. Whether it’s a young professional opening a first account, a family purchasing a home, or a member navigating a difficult moment, we meet them where they are.

I lead with people and purpose at the center of every decision. I truly believe that our values shape how we show up every day.
I’m intentional about creating alignment of mission, strategy, and culture with accountability and transparency. Measuring what matters helps ensure we’re delivering on our purpose to work together with our members to build their tomorrow.
Do you have any advice for women in thinking about their financial needs?
Take ownership of your financial journey. Ask questions and don’t be afraid to advocate for yourself. Financial well-being is a key part of overall empowerment. When women feel confident in their financial decisions, it creates opportunities not only for themselves but for future generations.
What would you say to a woman considering a career in the financial services industry?
This is a field full of opportunity! Financial services combine analytical thinking with people-centered work.
